Dear Jeanite Community:
Once again I write in hope that you and your families are safe and finding ways to cope during this very difficult time. The entire SJB community is praying for the health and well being of our Jeanites, their families, and the larger world at large. The Faculty, Staff, and Students of SJB have been working hard over these last three weeks to continue the teaching and learning. We are tremendously proud of all these efforts and are blessed to have one another.
I am forwarding below a letter from the Archdiocese of New York. This letter contains important information on school closures and links to important resources. Below are some of the most relevant for our community:
-
In accordance with state and federal guidelines all school buildings will remain closed and home-based learning will continue through April 30, 2020
-
Saint Jean Baptiste will be on Easter break commencing Holy Thursday through Friday, April 17.
-
Home-based learning will resume on Monday, April 20. Jeanites will receive their schedules at the end of the Easter Break.
Again, we are here for you! Never hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Wishing us all Faith, Hope, Love, and New Life during this Easter season.
God Bless and Stay Safe,
Dan Linehan
